At The Hug Life, I am to be fair and transparent with all bookings
Cancellations and Refunds
48 hours or more before your appointment: Full refund
24-48 hours before your appointment: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before your appointment: No refund
No Shows
Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to avoid impacting other bookings. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

All cancellations must be made via the email:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method where applicable
