1. Age Requirements

All clients must be 18 years of age or over. Valid photo identification may be required prior to or at the time of your session.

2. Nature Of The Service

All sessions provided by The Hug Life are strictly platonic and non-sexual in nature.

These sessions are focused on comfort, relaxation, and human connection in a safe and respectful environment.

3. Professional Boundaries

To maintain a safe and appropriate environment:

No touching of areas covered by a bathing suit is permitted

Any sexual behaviour, suggestive language, or inappropriate conduct will result in the session being ended immediately

No refund will be issued in such cases

Serious incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities

4. Safety Measures

For the safety of both client and therapist:

A trusted third party may be provided with session details, including time, location, and a copy of your government ID

Sessions may be recorded for safety and accountability purposes

All information is handled securely and only used for safety purposes

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected at all times

No personal information will be shared with any third party outside of what is outlined above, unless:

You have given prior written consent

Disclosure is required by law or necessary for safety reasons

6. Hygiene and Presentation

To ensure a comfortable experience for both parties:

Clients must arrive clean and freshly showered

Teeth should be brushed close to the session time

Freshly laundered clothing must be worn

Please avoid, or keep to a minimum, aftershave or perfume

The same standards are upheld by the therapist

7. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking for new clients via the website

Returning clients may pay online, or in person [card or cash] for future sessions

8. Cancellations and Refunds

More than 48 hours notice: Full refund

24-48 hours notice: 50% refund

Under 24 hours notice: No refund

All cancellations must be made via email: inof@thehuglife.co.uk

9. Late Arrivals

Late arrival will result in a reduction of your session time

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation with no refund

10. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Any inappropriate behaviour will result in:

Immediate termination of the session with no refund

Refusal of any future bookings

In serious cases:

Details will be passed to Cuddle Professionals International to share with other therapists

The matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
